Oak Smoked BBQ
Our offset cooker is designed by John Lewis Sr. of Austin Smoke Works and is known as the best Texas “brisket cooker” available. John designed the smoker with his son who was a Pitmaster with Franklin BBQ, La Barbecue, and now is Owner/Pitmaster Lewis BBQ in Charleston, SC.
A plentiful wood in central Texas, we use only the best Post Oak and White Oak on all our cooks. The delicate sweet oak smoke flavor is the perfect for smoking brisket for 16 hours.
Colorado Brisket Co. uses only Premium Prime grade beef, pork, and poultry. All our proteins are locally sourced and are traceable to the local ranch. No commodity beef or low grade anything here.
